Your Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele, showcasing your creativity and technical expertise.
• Assist the salon manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments.
• Train and mentor junior stylists, fostering their growth and helping them develop their skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for both staff and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, incorporating them into your work and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering personalized recommendations for their hair care routines.
• Collaborate with the salon manager to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hair stylist, with expertise in various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of salon management software and basic computer skills.
• A valid cosmetology license in the state of Texas.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
